What’s helpful to mention (entirely optional)
You do not need a finished brief, or any of the details below, to get in touch — a short note is enough, and we’ll ask any follow-up questions ourselves. If you happen to know any of the following, it can help us reply faster, but nothing here is required:
- Your organization and your role
- Site location and type
- Indoor or outdoor, and the mounting you have in mind (free-standing, suspended, or wall-mounted)
- An approximate budget range, if you have one
- A timeline or deadline, if you have one
- Any RFQ or RFP documents, or a link to the open call
- Whether integrated lighting interests you
- Whether you’d like a community program, such as a school art contest, alongside the sculpture
What happens after you contact us
- We reply with an honest assessment of fit — what is achievable within your site, budget, and timeline, and what is not.
- We arrange a consultation. Mirek Struzik accepts invitations to visit a site in person before design work begins, where the project allows.
- Bespoke concept and 3D visualization. Mirek designs the sculpture for your site, and our in-house computer graphics team produces photorealistic renderings of it on your site, including a lighting simulation, typically within two weeks of concept development starting.
- Engineering, fabrication, shipping, and installation. Most commissions take roughly six months to a year from first contact to installation.
See the full commissioning process for every stage, including warranty and after-installation support.
RFQs, open calls, and invitations
Most of our public commissions come through open, international RFQs. If you are running an RFQ, RFP, or open call for artists, invite STRUZIK ART LTD directly or send the link to ms@struzik-art.com. Once we are invited to submit a proposal, we respond immediately.
You can also ask us for a portfolio, references, or a capability statement. References are available from municipal and institutional clients, including the City of Dallas, Texas A&M University, the Fresno Arts Council, Academia Sinica, and the City of Wrocław.
