The Artist

Mirek Struzik

Mirek Struzik was born in 1956 in Żarów, Poland. In 1989, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, in the department of graphics, painting and sculpture, acquiring the title of the Master of Fine Arts. His speciality is sculpture. He designs and creates sculptures in Public Areas, among others: sculpture of Dandelions in front of Burj Khalifa building in Dubai, series of sculptures for the Municipal Botanic Garden of Wrocław University, sculptures for the Spanish shopping centre Factory in Poland or sculpture entitled „Adam and Eve” for the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park in Chicago, USA.
