Every STRUZIK ART LTD concept is designed specifically for the client’s site by Mirek Struzik — never adapted from an existing installation — so the work can be shaped around a development’s identity, its architecture, and the story it wants a visitor, tenant, or resident to walk away with.

Built for how developers actually decide

Capital decisions move on what stakeholders can actually see. Our in-house computer graphics team delivers photorealistic 3D renderings of the proposed sculpture on your site — including a lighting simulation of the signature system — typically within two weeks, so internal approval or investor sign-off doesn’t wait on guesswork. Once installed, the burden on your side is minimal: a standard two-year warranty and maintenance manual come with every installation, and the core material, electropolished 316L stainless steel, is essentially permanent with normal upkeep — your facilities team isn’t signing up for an ongoing project.

Developers often already have an appointed curator or art consultant managing their public art program — we’re built to work alongside that relationship, not replace it. On the CAP 3000 installation in Nice, for example, STRUZIK ART LTD delivered the sculpture in coordination with curator ArtBliss Paris on behalf of developer Altarea.

There’s no fixed size limit on what we design, and no single mounting format: sculptures can be free-standing, suspended overhead, or wall-mounted, indoors or outdoors — a lobby atrium and an open plaza call for different solutions, and we design to the site rather than fitting the site to a standard product.
