• Sole Traders: Individuals conducting business activity (where the data subject is a party to the contract).
• Corporate Representatives: Employees and contact persons designated by our corporate clients (where the data subject is not a direct party to the contract).

We process personal data based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and specific Polish regulations. We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes.
