The sculpture symbolizes crossing into the depth of unknown. Something that seems to be a monolith (trunk of a tree) has however a secret entrance into the space we do not know. It can be also an entrance into the depth of the nature.
The sculpture was created at 9th International Sculpture Symposium, Davos, Switzerland.

The idea of the sculpture is that the humankind spreads from the mythical garden of Eden all over the world. It is focused on the idea of relaxation and communication with nature.
The sculpture conveys the idea of Phoenix, the bird of Paradise that burns and arises from its ashes.
I believe already prehistoric people from around here observed this landscape. The sculpture symbolizes the continuity of observation of nature. The sculpture is made of stones arranged on top of each other. The stones are from various geological eras. The stones are processed naturally by the power of time and water. They are arranged in a pattern similar to the rocky cliffs visible on the slopes of the mountains. The sculpture was created at K-Lab Kjerringøy Land Art Biennale.
